I have trained with Paapa Kweku for six years and he is without doubt the best trainer I have had. His enthusiasm and positive attitude are infectious, he shows genuine interest and care for everyone in the class, and he is a master of tailoring the difficulty of the exercises to each participant's ability. Classes are a high-intensity combination of strength and cardio which leaves me feeling tired but exhilarated, and Paapa's choice of music during training sessions is excellent too! He's also generous with his time and happy to field questions. I can't recommend him highly enough.
Paapa is highly motivating, positive and passionate about health and fitness. I always thoroughly enjoy my sessions! They are a great mix of cardio and weights and Paapa bring high energy, varied exercises and most importantly a lot of fun to each session. Paapa was always friendly and outgoing to our staff members who joined our weekly fitness program. He tailored his program to fit our staff member with vast different levels of fitness. He made all sessions enjoyable but still pushed us to our own fitness limits.
“I have been training with Paapa at for approximately 3 years. During my school years I was always out and about playing lots of organised sport and general running however while at university I lost my mojo and ultimately motivation/ability to plan my time to commit to an exercise program. When I first met Paapa I thought it would be like the last PT I had where I’d stick to it for a little while and then “not find the time.” However, I was pleasantly surprised and given I’ve been training with him for over 3 years now you can see this wasn’t the case. I used Paapa's services for over seven years and his motivation and individual attention made all the difference. I had never been fitter, stronger or leaner. Even in the many moments of thinking I could not be bothered to go, his drive and enthusiasm made me turn up. He creates a wonderful fun environment to train in. My increased fitness led to better concentration and less fatigue at work, especially in the post-lunch afternoon moments! I also was a lot more confident and more able outside work when tackling more challenging physical activities such as the Everest base camp walk and local running and other events. His communication and accessibility also contributed to this great training environment. I have not had this level of motivation to do so much with any other trainers. He is unique! We love our weekly class! It helps with staff morale and connection, gives us much needed down time and stress relief, as well as the variety of workout options across a group that is ever-evolving.
